Return policy

The optional 30-day money-back guarantee is a paid, store-backed add-on. When purchased, TAILGATE BED CO. will refund the price of the beds for any reason if the return is requested within 30 days of delivery and the items are returned complete. The guarantee fee, Mystery Gift, and Shipping Protection are not refundable. This add-on does not reduce any refund or cancellation right provided by law.

Contact support before sending a return. Do not send an item without written return instructions from the store.
