Shipping policy

Standard shipping is $19.99 for US and Canada and $49.99 for International destinations. Every order with at least one item receives an automatic 100% shipping discount, so shipping is free. Choose the matching zone before checkout.

Optional TAILGATE BED CO. Shipping Protection is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance. When selected and paid for, it provides priority review for documented package loss or damage in transit.

Protection claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan or, for a missing shipment, within seven calendar days of the carrier's stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and provide the order number, photos of damage, and carrier information.

The Mystery Gift is a surprise TAILGATE BED CO. extra. Its exact item may vary, has no cash-redemption value, and is not separately returnable. One gift is included with each three-bed set or may be purchased with a smaller order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and reviewing their receipt for order details.
